you need is a SnetFone
prepaid card available at any SaigonNet's sales dealers
all over the country. Enter its Pin Code and Password
then you can make an international call directly on
the Website: http://www.snetfone.com.vn.
Or else you can download the Soft Dialer software from
the site to be installed on your PC, laptop, PDA etc.,

The
SnetFone
service is similar to a traditional telephone service
but at the same time, you can browse the Web, check
e-mail and use any other service on the Internet. |

Note |

- The PC must have a sound card installed and connected
to the Internet. |

Stop downloading any other softwares to ensure the highest
call quality. |

Do not enter the IDD number 00 on making phone calls. |

Call duration and the balance will appear on the screen
as you are making a call (depending on the call rate applicable
for each country). |

If you use a public Internet service remember to delete
your Account Number immediately after that . |
